International consulting company is looking for an energetic evening secretary with administrative competencies of the highest level and readiness for intensive work.
Responsibilities
Skills and Experience Required
We Offer
- Creating all types of documentation with speed and accuracy, in accordance with deadlines
- Typing from manuscript and audio of correspondence and other documents
- Handling and transferring phone calls.
- Undertaking correspondence as required
- Organising internal and external meetings, including booking taxis and arranging lunches or refreshments for employees and clients
- Making trip and transport arrangements for employees.
- Maintaining and updating filing systems
- Making copies, binders, etc
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous work experience in a professional services environment is desired.
- University degree.
- Superior oral and written English and Russian language skills.
- Good at MS Office.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Readiness for overtimes.
